Cancelling Your Subscription - this link - CCBill Customer Service - allows you to cancel your subscription online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If you prefer, please e-mail me the following information at alice @ alicesantics.com - all cancellations are confirmed via email within 24 hours. Please send me as much information as you can so I can trace your membership. Any (or preferably all) of the following will suffice.

1) Your subscription or transaction number.
2) The username you use to access my members area.
3) The email address you uses when you joined.
4) The name you signed up under.
